Soleste Prado (the "Project") was developed through a partnership with Fortune Capital Partners, Inc. and Estate Investments Group, as a 196-unit, Class "A" multifamily community located at 950 Red Road, Miami, Florida.
Soleste Prado was constructed as an 8-story Class “A” multifamily rental community located on 1.8+ acres in the City of West Miami immediately adjacent to the City of Coral Gables and the beautiful Country Club Prado historic parkway. The Project comprises 178,000 +/- square feet of rentable space with a unit mix ranging from a 781 square foot 1 Bedroom to a 1,370 square foot 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom unit. The unit mix consists of 51.0% one-bedroom units averaging 781 square feet, 39.8% two-bedroom units averaging 961 square feet, and 9.2% three-bedroom units averaging 1,370 square feet.24.7% of the total 196 units are designated as Work/Live units, while the remaining 75.3% of the units are standard living units.
